Back in October I raised the question about using someone’s likeness in art without their permission. The post was one of the most commented upon posts in our blog history. In a similar vein, JPG magazine recently posted an article about using other people’s photography (whether in your art or on your website). While the article isn’t exhaustive, it lays out the questions involved.
